UGCraft ("we", "us") provides AI-generated UGC-style video advertising tools for eCommerce sellers. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
When you join our early-access list we collect your email address. When you use the service we may collect account details, product URLs you submit, generated content, and usage analytics. We collect payment details through our payment processor; we never store full card numbers ourselves.
We use your information to provide and improve the service, to send you product updates you've requested, and to respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
If you joined the early-access list, we'll email you about launch and major product updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
We rely on service providers for hosting, form processing, payments, and AI video generation. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us.
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
